Does JAPAN PRIVATE TOUR have offices outside Japan?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have an office outside Japan. If you want to discuss your tour to Japan further, please use the CONTACT form (or BESPOKE TOUR BOOKING form) and let us know your phone number so our team can call you directly.
In what languages can JAPAN PRIVATE TOUR communicate with customers?
We have staff who can speak English, Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese and French. Therefore, please feel free to let us know which language you are most comfortable with.
What is tour support?
Travel Support refers to our personnel services. At the moment, we provide two types of guides to help you along with your trip:
Travel Companions (TC) & Region Experts (RE)
Can you help us reserve an apartment in Japan?
Other than hotels and traditional Japanese inns (Ryokan), we can make reservations in premium established apartments in Japan. However, as we prioritize your security and comfort throughout the trip, we cannot make reservations in Airbnb apartments.
How can I pay?
We accept bank transfers or major VISA, Mastercard & AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards
How much will a Bespoke (Custom) Tour cost?
